3.3 Registration Accuracy. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered bangspin account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
3.5 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. bangspin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to secure their credentials.
4.1 Members may update their account information by contacting bangspin support. Changes to critical information such as name or date of birth may require documentary evidence and KYC re-verification.
4.2 bangspin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
4.3 Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bangspin will provide reasonable advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. bangspin supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other Malaysian banking channels as listed on the Platform. Supported methods may change from time to time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 5.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via eWallet channels (Touch n Go, Boost) are typically credited within seconds. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on the Member's bank and transaction volume.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. bangspin reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence at any stage of the withdrawal process.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. bangspin aims to process approved withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests may be subject to security review which may extend processing time. bangspin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the bangspin Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated.
5.7 Third-Party Payments. Members may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. bangspin strictly prohibits deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts. Detection of third-party payment activity may result in immediate account suspension.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by bangspin are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply where specific promotion terms are silent.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from those credits become eligible for withdrawal. Cash deposits and Bonus Credits are wagered separately; cash deposits are typically wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
6.3 bangspin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Members who have already claimed a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material change to associated wagering requirements.
6.4 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusive play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.
7.1 Each game available on the bangspin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.
7.2 In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, software error, or server fault — bangspin reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the relevant stake to the Member's account. bangspin shall not be liable for any anticipated winnings from a voided round.
7.3 All game outcomes on the bangspin Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (for software-based games) or by live dealer procedures conducted under studio protocols (for live casino games). bangspin does not interfere with game outcomes.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bangspin Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
9.1 All content on the bangspin Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game assets, graphics, software, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bangspin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other licence is granted, express or implied. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any bangspin intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bangspin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
10.2 bangspin's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
10.3 bangspin shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.1 bangspin collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering with bangspin, Members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described therein.
11.2 bangspin employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect Member personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and bangspin cannot guarantee absolute data security.
12.1 bangspin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. bangspin strongly encourages all Members to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to use available self-exclusion tools if they feel their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic.
12.2 Members who wish to self-exclude from bangspin for a defined period or permanently may do so by contacting bangspin support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours and will result in the closure of the account for the duration specified.

12.4 bangspin strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances returned to the verified payment method.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting bangspin support. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (after deducting any applicable Bonus Credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
13.2 Termination by bangspin. bangspin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: (a) a Member has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) bangspin is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority; or (d) bangspin determines in its sole discretion that the Member's account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or other members. Where termination results from a Member's breach, bangspin may retain any balance in the account as liquidated damages.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which bangspin operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or a Member's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through bangspin's internal disputes process.
14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent bangspin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
15.1 bangspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, bangspin will provide Members with reasonable advance notice via email or on-platform notification.
15.2 A Member's continued use of the bangspin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 13.1.
